Apple’s iOS mobile operating system is getting better and more useful every year. There are a lot of handy features that help what you do most much better on your iPhone and iPad. Starting with iOS 10, you can quickly reply to any message even when your iPhone is in the locked state. This comes in handy, as it eliminates the need to launch the Messages app.
While this is a great feature, one major drawback is the issue of privacy. Indeed, everyone can view your messages and reply to them from your iPhone’s lock screen. Apple is fully aware of that and the company adds a switch to disable the ability to reply from your lock screen.
In this guide, we will show you how to turn off quick reply from lock screen on your iPhone. Before we get started, make sure you now have a modern version of iOS (iOS 10 or newer). If you are not sure, update your device first.
